X-PRO App Overview
X-PRO is a mobile application designed to connect to your Cloud X business telephone system with automated provisioning via QR code. The app offers various features to enhance communication and productivity for users.
Users can make calls through the X-PRO app using their main business number or personal DDI. Additionally, inbound and outbound calls can be recorded and logged for training and security purposes. Real-time monitoring of Cloud X business extensions on calls is also available within the app.
One of the key advantages of X-PRO is the flexibility it offers - users can make and receive calls from anywhere globally as long as there is a data connection. Messaging between Cloud X business telephone extensions and access to multiple contact directories, including the Cloud X directory, are also supported.
